Terms of use

Last updated October 2026.

The beta

Fetch is in beta. Features may change, and I may reset limits or pause parts of the service while I improve it. Your data is kept on my own server, so please keep your own exports of anything critical.

Fair use

Each organization gets the limits listed in the docs. Don't use Fetch to attack, scan or overload systems you don't own or have permission to test, to send spam, to proxy abusive traffic, or to break the law. I may flag, pause, make read-only or suspend organizations that do, and I keep an audit log of those actions.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You give me the rights I need to store, sync, back up and run it for you. You're responsible for the requests you send and the data you put in Fetch.

Accounts

Keep your passkeys and recovery codes safe. You can have up to three organizations per account during the beta.

No warranty

Fetch is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from outages or data loss during the beta.

Changes

I'll update these terms as Fetch grows and say so in the app when they change materially.
